The first step after receiving the item is the documentation of the serial number as well as the visual inspection to assess the actual condition (breakage points, water damage, etc.). With a pre-test, the error pattern of your item is analyzed and necessary consequences for the repair are derived. At the beginning of the repair a professional cleaning of the item takes place. This can already eliminate possible disturbances by dirt.
