After receiving your item, an initial visual inspection is performed. Depending on the desired scope and the required documentation of the inspection, a cost estimate is prepared. If the testing reveals a need for repair, these costs are also determined and submitted for approval.

Depending on customer requirements, the preventive testing includes professional cleaning of your assembly. Since certain forms of paint residues, corrosion, oils or lubricants require a special cleaning method, we carry out ultrasonic cleaning in addition to manual cleaning on request. This form of cleaning has proven itself due to its very high cleaning effect as well as gentle execution.
Documentation & test report
During the entire process of testing and cleaning, a complete inspection record is created in compliance with the standard. This documents the procedure, the scope of the inspection, and other information provided by the inspector. This step serves quality assurance and the optimization of internal processes.
