We sell sealed, unused, used and discontinued goods. The individual condition of the part always varies and is checked on a case-by-case basis. Our used parts have been removed from functional machines and are usually tested.

Our prices are always based on the current market value and can therefore vary. In addition, the price depends heavily on the condition of the item you require. Our sales staff will be happy to make you a non-binding offer with a price quote.

Yes, our parts are checked before delivery. We can also offer you a general overhaul of the device for added security. In addition, we offer a 6-month or 12-month warranty.

Our warehouse has an inventory of approximately 40,000 items. Our top brands include Siemens, SEW, Danfoss, B&R, Wago, Beckhoff, Sick, Wenglor, Kuka, KEB, Lenze and Datalogic. We also have an excellent supplier network. This enables us to quickly and reliably procure items that we currently do not have in stock. So if you don’t find a needed item in our product catalog, contact our customer service to find the best solution for your problem.

Costs: Especially used items of industrial electronics are in great demand as there is often a wide price range between new and used equipment. Thus, used items often cost a fraction of the list price.

Discontinued: In addition, the production has already been discontinued for a large part of the stored goods. Thus, the item can no longer be obtained from manufacturer-affiliated dealers.

Questions about shipping & payment

The shipping options vary depending on the country of delivery. Generally, we ship the goods by: Standard shipping, express and courier service. After consultation, you can also pick up the part or arrange a pickup. Please contact our customer service to find the best individual solution.

Yes, we deliver worldwide. For information on the corresponding delivery options and shipping costs, our customer service will be happy to help you.

We understand that speed is an important factor especially in case of machine breakdown. Therefore, we make every effort to ensure that the item arrives to you as soon as possible.

In stock: The goods we have in stock are ready for immediate shipment and can be shipped with standard shipping (1-2 days delivery time) and express shipping (next day delivery). In addition, we can also offer you courier service to receive the goods on the same day.

Not in stock: We try to ship items we do not have in stock the same day we receive the order. However, in this case it must be checked on a case-by-case basis how long it will take to procure the required items. Various factors such as the desired condition of the item and the current market situation can be decisive for the speed. The delivery period is clearly stated in the quotation we prepare.

Yes. After consultation, you can pick up the device at our headquarters in 45659 Recklinghausen, Germany, if the required item is in stock.

Yes, we offer a warranty of 6 months or 12 months as a standard service:

6 months warranty on used items

12 months warranty on refurbished, unused and new items

If the item causes problems within the warranty, you can contact our customer service to discuss the further procedure. The warranty is valid from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, we do not offer purchase or repair services to private individuals. Our offer is directed to commercial customers only.
