The goods we have in stock are ready for immediate shipment and can be sent by standard shipping (1-2 days delivery time) and express shipping (next day delivery). In addition, we can also offer you courier service to receive the goods on the same day. A pickup in our warehouse in Recklighausen, Germany, is also possible.

Parts that we do not have in stock, we try to ship on the same day that we received the order. In this case, however, it must be checked on a case-by-case basis how long it will take to procure the required parts. • 12 months warranty on refurbished, unused and new devices

If the device causes any problems within the warranty, you can contact our customer service to consult the further procedure. The warranty is valid from the date of delivery.
