Shipping options: Shipping options vary depending on the country of delivery. We generally ship the goods by standard shipping, express and courier service. By arrangement, you can also pick up the part or arrange a pickup. Contact our customer service to find the best individual solution.
Duration: We understand that speed is an important factor especially in case of machine breakdown. Therefore, we make every effort to ensure that the equipment arrives to you as soon as possible.
The goods we have in stock are ready for immediate shipment and can be sent by standard shipping (1-2 days delivery time) and express shipping (next day delivery). In addition, we can also offer you courier service to receive the goods on the same day. A pickup in our warehouse in Recklighausen, Germany, is also possible.
Parts that we do not have in stock, we try to ship on the same day that we received the order. In this case, however, it must be checked on a case-by-case basis how long it will take to procure the required parts. Decisive for the speed can be various factors such as the desired condition of the device and the current market situation.
The delivery period is clearly stated in the quotation we prepare.
As a new customer you have the possibility to pay your order as follows:
- Prepayment/Bank transfer
- Cash on pickup
Existing customers can order on account.
We offer a warranty of 6 months or 12 months as a standard service:
- 6 months warranty on used devices
- 12 months warranty on refurbished, unused and new devices
If the device causes any problems within the warranty, you can contact our customer service to consult the further procedure. The warranty is valid from the date of delivery.
